chalcogenide lens is manufactured by the process of low temperature and high-pressure optimal molding or a new micro method using optical glass and it is manufactured by MPNIC’s optimized manufacturing technology and clean room environment.
The lens surface is an aspheric cylindrical lens. Generally, it has been optimized by fast-axis beam collimation of high power laser diode, but we’re manufacturing by high-temperature & high-pressure molding technology by using a mold for low-cost manufacturing.
