Any maintenance and service works must only be carried out by authorized and qualified personnel!

仅有适当资质且授权的人员可以进行设备保养和维修。

Turn off the maintenance switch 关闭维修开关。

The safety switch may only be opened when approval has been granted; only suitably qualified personnel may be entrusted to open the switch. When any covering panels are removed and/or the safety housing opened, the whole class 4 laser product and the whole vicinity around the laser product must be classified as a hazardous laser area. 仅在得到批准的情况下方可打开安全开关，仅授权具有适当资质的人员可以打开开关。在拆下任何盖板和 /或打开安全护罩时，整个 4类激光产品和整个激光产品周围均为危险的激光区。

Under these circumstances, appropriate measures must be taken to protect personnel in this area from excessive laser radiation intensities (e.g. by using safety walls, suitable goggles and, if necessary, protective clothing). 在这些情况下，必须采取适当的措施以保护该部位的人员避免接触过高的激光辐射强度（如使用防护墙、适宜的护目镜，以及如需要的话穿上防护服）。

Under all circumstances familiarize yourself with the relevant safety standards and regulations.  在所有情况下均应让自己熟知相关的安全标准和规章。 Caution! Laser radiation! Laser radiation can be dangerous to eye! Wear suitable protective goggles! 小心！激光辐射！激光辐射对眼睛有危害！戴上适当的护目镜！

Maintenance, Service and trouble shooting 维护、检修和故障排除 When carrying out service and maintenance work: 在进行检修和维护作业时：

Caution! Never work alone!小心！切勿单人作业！ A second person, who is at least familiar with the risks posed by laser radiation and high voltages, should always be close by when service and maintenance work is being carried out. If there is an accident, this person can turn off the laser equipment and provide first aid. 至少熟知激光辐射和高压所构成的危险的第二个人在进行检修维护作业时一定要在旁边。如果发生事故，此人则可关闭激光设备并提供急救。

Always carry out adjustment, maintenance and inspection work at the scheduled times. 务必要按照计划的时间进行调节、维护和检查作业。

Inform the operating personnel that maintenance and repair work is to be carried out.通知操作人员进行维护和检修作业。

When carrying out any maintenance, repair or inspection work, always disconnect the laser product from any voltage sources and secure the main switch so that it cannot be activated. 在进行任何维护、检修或检查作业时，务必将激光产品与任何电源断开，并确保总电源开关不能启动。

Lock the main switch and remove the key.锁定总电源开关并拔下钥匙。

Post a warning sign to make it clear that the laser must not be turned on again. 张贴警示标牌，并标明该激光器不能再打开。

Check that any screws that have been undone are properly tightened when the laser is reassembled. 在重新组装激光器时务必要检查任何已松动的螺丝适当旋紧。

When the maintenance work has been completed, check that the safety products are operating correctly.在完成维护作业时，检查安全产品是否正确运行。

For repair work, the accessory parts and original spare parts used for product must be approved by FTI (applies to expendables as well). The use of unauthorized spare parts and accessory parts for product can cause the system to malfunction and endan­ger life and limb of those persons working on the laser system.

关于维修工作，更换激光产品中未达到完好状态的任何元器件或部件，仅使用FTI原产的零部件（同样也适用于耗材）。如使用从FTI公司以外的公司采购的部件可能会造成系统发生故障，导致维修人员受伤。

There is no guarantee that parts purchased from companies other than FTI will meet the stipulated safety and performance requirements.不担保从 FTI公司以外的公司采购的部件会满足规定的安全和性能要求。

Do not make any modifications or additions to the laser installation without the permission of the manufacturer. 在未得到制造商的批准情况下切勿对激光产品进行任何改装或添加。 It is essential to clear all modifications with FTI必须与 FTI公司一起杜绝一切改装行为。

Maintenance intervals保养间隔

Enter all maintenance works carried out into the log book

将所有保养工作记录在日志里。

Check safety devices 检查安全器件

All protective doors are closed. 确保所有门是关闭的!

Check Safety light curtain is enable when rotary table works.检查安全光幕是否工作。

Check laser switch 

Set laser switch to Laser Disable. 设定激光按钮关闭。It must not be possible to open laser using the execute button (on the GUI). 这时通过打标按钮开关是无法出光的。

Cleaning the lens镜片清洁

Preconditions Laser system is switched off, and no laser radiation can be emit­ted.  

事先需要将激光关闭，确保没有任何激光辐射。

Use lens cleaning paper for cleaning the lenses as follow ：

按如下演示使用擦镜纸清洁镜片：

1 First try to clean the lens by blowing off dust and dirt with clean and oil-free air as good as possible.

首先使用清洁空气吹掉镜片上的灰尘和脏污；

2 Take some lens cleaning paper and form a kind of ball at the top. 将擦镜纸做个小圆头；

3 Use lens cleaning fluid to moisten the top of this lens-cleaning­ paper-ball.

使用无水酒精润湿擦镜纸的小圆头；

4 Press it gently against the lens and pull the dirt to the edge of the glass, or start in the middle and clean

the lens by making spiral movements from the middle to the outer edge.

从镜子中间开始，按照螺旋线从里往外轻轻的擦拭镜面，将灰尘擦到镜片边缘，然后清理掉；

5 Repeat this steps until the lens is clean and no smear. Use new lens cleaning paper for each step. 重复以上工作直至镜面清洁，无污点，每次务必使用新的擦镜纸。

We recommend you have one more lens on stock. Then the lens can be changed very quickly and during cleaning proce­dure the laser has not to be switched off. 我们建议贵司多采购一套场镜，这样在保养镜片时，可以更快的更换，同时激光不需要关闭，以保证正常生产不会间断。
