Principle of operation工作原理

Laser light of 1064nm is emitted from a fiber laser, then focused on a target surface through the glavo scanner and f-θ lens, The laser marker works by moving the focal point on the X-Axis, Y-axis  with galvo scanner, there will be laser mark on workpiece because laser can ablate materials ,and we can adjust laser focal point position for different parts.

光纤激光器产生1064nm的激光,投射到高速扫描振镜的反射镜片,再由计算机控制振镜快速转动,使激光在X、Y方向扫描,通过场镜聚焦在加工工件上。使加工工件表面烧蚀,在工件表面形成各种标记。针对不同工件需求我们可以手动调节Z轴升降优化焦点位置。

System modules组成模组

The FTR-200I laser marking machine is equipped with a laser, galvo scanner and focal system, computer control unit, Z axis and a two-station rotary table

FTR-200I型晶圆打标机由激光器、振镜聚焦系统、计算机操作控制系统、升降工作台系统,精密旋转系统组成。

Laser head激光器

The FTR-200I laser marking machine is equipped with a IPG laser, it’s a nanosecond fiber laser provides average output power up to 20 W, pulse repetition rates 20-200 kHz. An output isolator ensures high output power stability and allows to process reflective materials.

IPG’s laser is a small air-cooled maintenance-free module designed for OEM applications. The robust all fiber design packaged into a rugged case allows operation in harsh industrial environments. This fiber laser is much more efficient and compact than conventional lasers on the market.

FTR-200I型晶圆打标机激光器为IPG光纤激光器,激光器重复频率为20至200kHz可调,最高平均输出功率20W。该激光器工作寿命长、输出激光稳定、光斑模式好、全风冷,且结构设计紧凑、小巧。较传统激光器更适用于恶劣环境,同时也适用于部分反射材料的打标。

Galvo scanner and focal system振镜聚焦系统

Galvo scanner is perfectly tailored for typical laser marking applications. The scan head achieves 800 characters per second with good marking quality, thus setting new standards in its class. 10mm aperture is ideal for use with typical fiber lasers. And the housing's minimal volume facilitates integration into even the tightest spaces. This galvo scanner is available for 1064nm laser wavelength and combinable with a number of objectives. 采用为激光打标量身定制的高速扫描系统,可以实现每秒800字符的高质量打标,是该级别中的佼佼者。拥有10m的入光口径非常适合光纤激光器,结构紧凑,可以和多种场镜组合使用。

Laser focus adjustment system焦点调节系统

The FTR-200I laser marking machine is equipped with Z axis for laser focal point adjustment. The optimum focal point position for the laser is set manually, it is better for marking application when laser focus is located at workpiece surface.

FTR-200I晶圆打标机拥有一个Z轴焦点调节系统,我们通过一个Z轴升降来进行焦点位置的调节,当加工件表面处于激光焦点上时,加工出来的产品质量较好。
