LSS1200 installation and commissioning

Step1: unpacking, system checkup, cleaning

Step2: floor marking for basic machine installation

Step3: installation and system level fine turning,  

Step4: electric power, CDA  gas, cooling water available.

Step5: system hook-up,

Step6: power on the system and start to checkup each individual component function separately.

Especially laser source status checkup, controller,  safety devices, PLC, optic mirrors , etc

Step7: due to the original glass exchange unit is not available anymore, some changes must have to be done at the safety interlock and PLC infeed and outfeed signal bypass

Step7: when we pasted the basic function test of the scribing machine, then we can start the phase No.2, set the machine to handling the bigger substrate.
